• Coordinating Internet carrier for installation of new service or relocation. IP configurations and DNS changes also must be considered and planned in advance for.

• Voice service phone line carrier to transfer numbers and set up lines in new building.

• Phone system removal and installation

• Security company to install security systems/cameras in your office area and server rooms as needed.

• Cable TV Company to transfer and set-up cable service.

• All low voltage Cabling which includes voice ,data and video

• We will disassemble, reassemble, and integrate A/V equipment. This can include projectors and screens, TV’s, sound systems, video conferencing systems, and their integration with laptop computers and built-in conference room computers.

• Moving company to coordinate the move of all computer equipment. Movers must have special bonding to move computer equipment.

• Relocation and Setup of servers pc’s and peripheral equipment

Moving Day Services

On moving day, we will supervise the move of all server room equipment from the old server room to the truck, and assist in packing as needed. At the new location, we will supervise the move of server room equipment from the truck into the new server room, and configure all network equipment, servers, workstations, and printers. Once everything is set-up and configured, we will thoroughly test your entire system to ensure complete functionality. This includes making sure that:

• All computers are plugged in and working.

• Firewalls are reconfigured.

• Internet service is working.

• Phone service is working.

• Copiers are working.

• All printers are working.

• Security systems are in place.

• Server room ventilation is sufficient.

• Conference room is set-up and configured properly.
